FAQ
Frequent questions
A) What is the highest single offer?
The highest bid is the bid registered by a competitor who, at the end of the auction session, has the highest value and has not been disqualified.
B) How is the largest single offer determined?
The system is based on a software that continuously monitors all offers that have been introduced to identify:
The bids to be disqualified either because they are identical in value or in the application of the special rules in Chapter V of the "Instructions";The bid that has the highest bid, the bid to be selected from the list of valid bids.C) What does "maximum value" mean?
The maximum value is the highest bid amount that can be indicated in an auction session. This value will be shown on the page of each auction session and will not be modified during the auction session. For each product, a different maximum value will be indicated. For example, a maximum of $ 10 for a mobile phone means no one can bid more than $ 10 in this auction session.
D) Why are disqualified bids?
The system will automatically disqualify bids that are identical to the bid value, as well as the bids that fall under the restrictive rules in Chapter V of the "Instructions." For example: let's say a competitor registers an offer of 9.99 (for which it was placed on The first position of the list of valid bids) If until the expiration of the auction session, another competitor will register an offer of identical value, both offers will be disqualified, but the registration of both offers will reduce each competitor's credit with the offer.
E) When does the auction close?
The auction closes when the minimum number of bids is recorded (when the auction becomes hot) and the auction session expires.
F) Am I allowed to register more than one offer during the same auction session?
Yes. Moreover, by registering more offers, they increase the chances of being named the winning competitor.
G) How can so expensive products cost so little?
This site is different from the familiar type of internet sites that offer auctions and group sales. In this site, the winner is not nominated in the person who makes the highest financial offer (this can be disqualified as I showed in answer to question d)) but the one who has the ability to register the only one great. In this context, the market value of the auctioned product is subsidized from the cost of disqualified offers and those of lower value.
H) How much does it cost to bid?
The cost of registering an offer is clearly indicated on the auction page for each item in the "OFFER" section.
I) Why do I have to pay for an offer?
As we have shown in answer to question g), the cost of each registered offer allows us to accumulate the funds necessary to pay the market value of each product and to cover the costs of administering the site.
J) Do I have to pay for an offer that is disqualified?
Yes. For each offer registered on the site, the competitor's credit is reduced by the cost of the offer.
K) Do I still have to pay for the offer and / or the amount I have to offer if I make a valid offer but is not a winning bidder?
It will only pay the cost of the offer.
L) Can I see all my bids and place in the table?
During the bidding session, you can not see the value of the other competitors' bids. After the auction period expires, the site displays the bid values of all competitors (disqualified or valid).
M) If I place an offer that is, initially or during the auction session, low compared to other offers, is it more likely to be the winning bid?
Yes, the highest single offer changes during the auction session. In other words, an offer placed in the list of valid bids on a lower position at a given order may advance in order as disqualification of previously placed bids.
N) What is the delivery cost for the article I bought?
You can find information on delivery formalities (including delivery costs) on the page of each auction session.
O) Why was I charged if I did not win the auction?
For each offer registered on the site, the competitor's credit will be reduced by the amount indicated in the "cost of the offer" ruble, except for the "free offer" explicitly mentioned on the auction page page.
